Papyrus Group announced a new identity and the way it will communicate with investors and other external stakeholders in the future.
According to the announcement, Papyrus Holding AB, the parent company in the Papyrus Group, will change its name to OptiGroup AB and the group will be referred to as the OptiGroup.
Christoph Sander, Chairman and CEO of OptiGroup, commented:
“The natural extension of our strategy to strengthen our businesses and diversify into new sectors leads us to re-name our Holding company the OptiGroup. It fits well with our ambition to help our customers to optimise their business by providing the products and services that they need.”
The company stated that there would be no changes for customers and employees.
Earlier Papyrus announced the plan to invest in a new logistical hub in Cologne, Germany to optimise its logistical infrastructure and improve the service offering of paper specialties to its customers across Europe.
