Catalyst Paper appointed a new COO

Catalyst Paper appointed Edward (Ned) Dwyer as Chief Operating Officer. According to the announcement, Mr. Dwyer will oversee the company’s five manufacturing operations in Canada and the US.

Ned Dwyer has a strong track record for successfully leading operational and performance improvements. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Paper Science and Engineering) from the State University of New York and Syracuse University.

Earlier US Department of Commerce imposed no CVD on Catalyst’s supercalendered paper with its final ruling.
