Kimberly-Clark appointed a new President of its North American business

Kimberly-Clark Corporation appointed Larry P. Allgaier as Group President of Kimberly-Clark North America, effective April 24, 2017. Mr. Allgaier will lead Kimberly-Clark’s USD 8 billion North American consumer business, with brands such as Huggies, Cottonelle, and Depend. He will report to Mike Hsu, President and Chief Operating Officer.

Larry Allgaier held senior leadership roles at Mars Inc prior joining Kimberly-Clark. Most recently, he was President of the newly formed Mars Petcare Veterinary Health Group. Before that he was President of the USD4 billion North America Petcare business. In both roles he delivered significant growth and market share improvements. Earlier Mr. Allgaier was Global Head of Novartis’ Over the Counter Medicines Unit, responsible for over 200 brands in over 50 countries across six regions.

Earlier Kimberly-Clark Corporation reported 4Q2016 net sales of USD 4.5 billion.
