Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill upgrades tissue production line at its facility in Ukraine

Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill (CPM) upgrades press of TM-2 and invests into a new Pope Reel with central cut unit, web stabilizing system, shaft puller, spool storage, core lifter and finished reel lifting table at its mill in Ukraine. According to the announcement, the  company contracted  A.Celli for the equipment supply. Delivery of equipment is planned at the end of October 2017, installation and startup will be in December 2017 – January 2018.

After execution of the project, speed of TM-2 will be increased to 1200m/min. The mill will be able to produce the whole volume of recycled tissue at TM-2 and increase the amount of pulp tissue at TM-1 up to 60 tons per month.

Kyiv CPM expects to improve winding quality at the tambour reel, increase of tissue creeping and decrease of electricity consumption.

Earlier Kyiv CPM started up a new shoe press at PM-2.
