Latvijas Finieris appointed Maris Bumanis to the company’s executive board

Latvijas Finieris informed about changes in the company’s management team. According to the announcement, the shareholders’ meeting on May 12, 2017 decided to increase the number of Latvijas Finieris Executive Board members from 5 to 6. At the same time, the number of Supervisory Board members, however, was reduced from 4 to 3 due to retirement of Andris Pucens.

The new Executive Board member is Lignums mill’s director Maris Bumanis. He will be responsible for Product Development Council management.

Earlier Latvijas Finieris reported EUR 213.4 million turnover in 2016.
